Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed and cannot cancel after your order has been placed.
You cannot open the packages before taking the delivery. You will have to pay for the package and take the delivery. If there are any issues with the product, you will need to log in to your account and submit the return by yourself or you can reach us during 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except holidays).
